He has a proven history of successfully managing construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines and budgets. Brian's extensive experience and expertise make him a valuable asset in any construction project, particularly in the financial sector.

Danielle Havlicek, Assoc, IIDA, specializes in delivering customized design solutions for financial institutions. From her time designing for high-profile brands at a retail design agency, to leading interdisciplinary creative teams at two national design build firms, Danielle has gained valuable experience in architectural and interior design, environmental graphic design, brand identity, and project management. Her history includes piloting Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) technology into a large branch network, designing powerful functionality into microbranches, and leading the renovation of a 130,000 sf new Headquarters building, to name a few. Leading projects from concept inception through project completion, ensuring high-quality solutions, communication, and flexibility, are just a few of the things her clients can expect. Through her 20 years of experience, Danielle enjoys focusing on building relationships with her clients and partnering to develop strategic, meaningful experiences for the future of banking.

For the past decade, he has focused on designing financial institutions, including bank branches, credit unions, and corporate headquarters.

Mitch understands the entire construction lifecycle—from concept to completion—and collaborates effectively with architects, engineers, and contractors to drive projects forward. His attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality make him respected in the industry.
