Business Development Representative

We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable sales / account representative to join our growing team at Altitude.  In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities nationwide, building strong client relationships, and presenting customized construction and design-build solutions tailored to the unique needs of community banks and credit unions.  Key responsibilities include: 

  • Identify and develop new business leads within the banking and financial services sector.
  • Build and maintain strong personal relationships with existing clients and industry contacts.
  • Understand the unique facility and operational needs of financial institutions and recommend construction solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, estimating, project management) to develop client proposals and presentations.
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, dining engagements, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and build a strong client pipeline.
  • Track sales activities and progress, providing regular reports on sales performance and market trends/observations.
  • Participate in strategy sessions to refine our approach and marketing efforts within the industry.

We are looking for proven experience in sales, business development, or client relations, preferably in construction, architecture, or real estate development. Experience working with or selling to banks, credit unions, or financial institutions is highly desirable.  A strong understanding of the construction process and related terminology is welcomed, as well as excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.  We are looking for proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.  You must be willing to travel on average 2-4 days a week to meet with clients and attend industry events.
