He is a proven executive leader with keen analytical and strategic strength, effective communication skills, and operational management expertise demonstrated through the development of cross-functional teams and key performance indicators that achieve strategic objectives, including successful and verifiable turnarounds of several struggling companies to record revenue growth and profitability. I was born and raised in Wisconsin. I have been married to my best friend/wife for three decades, and we are avid Packers, Brewers, Bucks, and Badger fans. My passion is hunting, which has taken me to Alaska, Africa, Iowa, Colorado, Illinois, Montana, and Minnesota. In Alaska, I was rewarded with a Boone and Crockett record book trophy.
