David Welsh has over 30 years of experience in financial services, business development, and the construction management industry. He plays a pivotal role in company awareness, sales, and marketing. David excels in establishing and maintaining client relationships by identifying needs, establishing goals, plotting a road map, and delivering success throughout every stage of the design-build process. David’s journey began at Dollar Bank in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
He has worked in the design-build industry for over 20 years with a keen sense of dedication and personal pride in his craft.

I love playing golf and traveling to new destinations with my wife, Chrissy. We are always on the hunt for fun places to unwind and enjoy dinner. I also love to toss pizzas in my home for friends and family. I am a proud girl dad to Sofia, who shares my love for adventure. Whether it’s a weekend road trip or cheering on the Steelers from our seats at Acrisure Stadium (yes, we’re regulars), we make the most of our father-daughter time.
