Biography:
Michael Fallon is the Regional Vice President of Sales for Altitude, where he leads market expansion and client engagement across the Mid Atlantic, Tri State, and New England regions. He partners with financial institution executives to modernize facilities, elevate brand presence, and align branch strategy with long term organizational goals.
With over three decades of experience in financial services leadership and business development, Michael brings a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing community banks and credit unions. His background includes senior roles at J.P. Morgan, MUFG Union Bank, N.A., and BMO Bank, N.A. where he advised financial institution leaders on growth strategy, customer experience transformation, operational efficiency, and competitive positioning.
Michael’s experience gives him a strong command of the regulatory, operational, and market pressures shaping today’s financial institution landscape, and how facility design, branding, and branch modernization directly influence customer acquisition, employee engagement, and long term performance.

Fun Facts
I enjoy golfing, playing pickleball, practicing yoga, and collecting things. I previously represented Team New Jersey as a player and coach in golf at the U.S. Special Olympic Summer Games. I’m also a longtime Grateful Dead fan, which surprises most people. My wife Anna and I have two married children, and at home we’re kept entertained by Mr. Boo, our black cat we brought home near Halloween, hence the name.
