Mike Cataldo brings over 16 years of hands-on construction experience to his role as Assistant Project Manager. He began his career as a laborer, where he spent seven years developing a strong foundation in jobsite operations, safety, and teamwork. He then advanced to carpenter, dedicating another seven years to refining his technical skills, attention to detail, and ability to execute complex construction scopes in the field.

For the past two years, Mike has served as an Assistant Project Manager, leveraging his deep field experience to support project planning, coordination, and execution from preconstruction through closeout. His background allows him to communicate seamlessly with trades, anticipate constructability challenges, and help keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Mike is known for his practical problem-solving approach, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering high-quality results while maintaining safe, well-organized job sites.
