Throughout her career, Monica has thrived in high-growth environments, playing a key role in scaling people operations and building strong teams during times of planned expansion. With both C-suite and hands-on HR expertise across construction management, the financial sector, and other high-profile industries, she brings a proven track record of aligning people strategies with business growth. Her experience spans strategic planning, organizational development, and process efficiencies – helping talented teams consistently perform at a high level.
Monica is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh (BA, Business Communications) the University of California at Irvine (Certificate, HR) and Indiana University of Pennsylvania (MA, Industrial and Labor Relations). She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and has held many board-level positions in organizations and constitutional causes throughout the east suburbs of Pittsburgh.
